Booking Instructions

Please note these details are for the 2012 event. We will publish New Word Alive 2013 information shortly.

1 Make your choice

Decide the type of accommodation you wish to book. Accommodation is sold on a first come first served basis and some types sell out quickly so it might be worth having a second choice in mind.

When you book you will be asked for the following:

• A lead name (who must be over 18) and postal address for correspondence.
• The names and ages of the others attending.
• A deposit of £100 by credit/debit card for each unit booked. This payment must be made by the lead person who will also need to make all subsequent payments.

Group Organisers: If you would like to book multiple units for a group you can pre-register with Pontins who will then call you on 30th June to take your booking. Just send an email to traveltrade@pontins.com and give your name and the phone number on which you wish to be called on 30th June.

2 Book your places

Online booking takes place through the Pontins website. Please follow the instructions on the link below:

Either call Pontins Contact Centre on 0844 576 5949 (Monday to Saturday 8.30am – 8.30pm and 10am – 5pm Sundays), or call the Prestatyn Park directly on 01745 881800 (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm). State that you would like to book for New Word Alive.

You will receive confirmation of your booking by post.

Text Direct: For guests with speech or hearing impairments who use textphones, Pontins welcome calls via the BT TextDirect service. Simply dial 18001 before one of the telephone numbers above.

Students: When you book please ask for the student discounted accommodation. Note that you must book per unit and you will need your UCCF student card number to hand.

3 Enquiries and final payments

Final payments are due by 11th January 2012. To make your final balance payment, please call Pontins on 0844 576 5949 or 01745 881800. You must also tell Pontins the names and ages of those in your accommodation by 11th January 2012, failure to do so may incur late administration charges.

You are responsible for ensuring you have paid your booking balance by the 11th January 2012. If payment is not received by this date your booking may be cancelled without notice. Please ensure that balance payments by credit card or cheque are made by the lead name/group organiser. Cheques are to be made payable to Britannia Jinky Jersey Ltd T/A Pontins and posted to Ainsdale House, Shore Road, Southport, Merseyside, PR8 2PZ. Please ensure the lead name and holiday reference number are written on the back of the cheque.
