Booking Instructions
1 Make your choice
Decide the type of accommodation you wish to book. Accommodation is sold on a first come first served basis and some types sell out quickly so it might be worth having a second choice in mind.
They will ask for the following information:
- A lead name (who must be over 18) and postal address for correspondence.
- The names and ages of the others attending. Additional occupants (subject to maximum occupancy) may be added at a later date.
- A deposit of £100 by credit/debit card.This payment must be made by the lead person who will also need to make all subsequent payments.
Group Organisers: if you would like to book four or more units you can pre-register with Haven so they will call you on 30th June to take your booking. Just send an email to events@haven.com and give your name, the phone number on which you will be available on the 30th June and the units you would like to book.
2 Book by internet from 30th June 2010
From 30th June, to book go to New Word Alive's booking page on Haven's website and follow the online instructions. You can only book individual units online but you can make more than one booking and request that your units are grouped together by emailing events@haven.com with your request and booking reference numbers.

From 7th July, call Haven Groups on 0871 230 1911. Lines are open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. State that you would like to book for New Word Alive.
You will receive confirmation of your booking by post or email.
Text Direct: for guests with speech or hearing impairments who use textphones, Haven welcome calls via the BT TextDirect service. This can be accessed by dialling 18001 before the telephone number above.
Students: student discounted caravans can only be booked by phone from 7th July 2010. When you book, ask for the student discounted accommodation in Self-Catering caravans. Note that you must book per unit and you will need your UCCF student card number to hand.
3 Enquiries and final payments
Final payments are due by 12th January 2011. To make your final balance payment, please call Haven Groups on 0871 230 1911. You must also tell Haven the names and ages of those in your accommodation by 12th January; failure to do so will incur late administration charges.
You are responsible for ensuring you have paid your booking balance by the 12th January 2011. If payment is not received by 12th January 2011, your booking may be cancelled without notice. Please ensure that balance payments by credit/debit card or cheque are made by the lead name/group organiser.
Cheques: are to be made payable to “Haven Holidays”. Please ensure the lead name and holiday reference number are written on the back of the cheque. Post to: Haven Group Holidays, 1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 4YL.
