2010 Worship Album Update

As you may know the long awaited 2010 New Word Alive worship album, 'To God Be The Glory' was due to be sent out this month. We have found out today however that the company who were producing it for us have ceased trading. We would like to assure you that we are still planning to produce the album and honour all our orders. There will inevitably be a delay as we seek a new company and rearrange the production schedule.

We are sorry for the delay in you receiving the album. We would like to keep you up to date on timings as soon as we know them. If you would like to be added to a one off mailing list solely to receive updates on the worship album please email us. In the meantime please be assured we are working hard to bring the worship album to you as soon as possible.

UPDATE Friday 27th August 2010

We are expecting delivery of the 2010 worship albums at the New Word Alive office on Tuesday 31st August. Our plan is to have them all mailed out by the end of that week. Hopefully you can expect them to land on your door mat in the week beginning 6th September. Thank you for your patience and we hope you do enjoy the CDs when they arrive.

Touring Pitches Available from 20th July

From Tuesday 20th July 2010 at 9.00am you will be able to book touring pitches on-site for New Word Alive (10-15th April 2011).

Touring pitches allow you to stay on-site in a touring caravan or camp in a tent. You will also need to purchase an event pass for each person to enable you to have full access to the New Word Alive programme. As in 2010 both the pitches and the event passes can be bought at the same time through the booking line. We are also pleased to announce the prices for the pitches are still very reasonable in 2011.

How to book

1.Check the dimension of your tent or caravan to ensure you book the best size. There are two sizes:

Regular – 6m x 7m (price is £92.50 - less than at NWA 2010)
Large - 7m x 9.5m (price is £112.50 - only 50p more than at NWA 2010)

2. Call the booking line: 0871 230 1911 and press option 4. Book the appropriate pitch for your group. Opening hours are between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday and 9am – 4pm Saturday.

3. On the same call purchase the event passes for your group (maximum 6 per pitch). Event pass prices are:

£110 per adult (over 16 years old)
£50 per child (3-16 years old)
Infants (0-2 years old) enter free of charge

As with all guests staying on site Haven will need to know the number of guests in your group. If there is a need to add anyone else to your group at a later date you will need to contact Haven through the booking line and add the passes onto your booking.

View On-site Accommodation Available

On-site accommodation available through Haven for New Word Alive 2011 is being booked very quickly. However it is not too late to be at the event and there are still spaces available for you and your group to attend.

To help you in planning and booking your accommodation we now have an availability page which we will regularly update with both for half board and self catering options.

New Word Alive 2011 Phone Booking Now Open

Telephone booking for New Word Alive (10th-15th April 2011) opens today, Wednesday 7th July 2010 from 9am-5pm. If you want to check details and prices before booking they are all in our brochure and which can viewed online.

New Word Alive 2011 Internet Booking Now Open

Booking for New Word Alive opens today, Wednesday 30th June 2010, at 9.00am. From this morning for one week you will be able to book using the internet only. This is to help manage the high demand when booking opens initially. Telephone bookings will be open as usual from Wednesday 7th July.
