
A quick reminder that our website Forums are available again this year. Since we launched the Forums in 2010 they have proved very useful to guests in the run up to each year's event for contacting others and making accommodation and travel arrangements. If you have spare accommodation or are looking for a lift why not post and see if others can help? If you are looking to fill a spare room or a whole chalet why not offer it to to others on the Forums?
In the run up to the event the New Word Alive office gets lots of calls asking for and offering accommodation and we always point them in the direction of the Forums as a central point for people to post and reply. The Forums are free to use and they work with the same login you use for the rest of the website. Posts can be read without logging in. Final On-Site Booking Payments Now Due

A reminder that your final balance is now due for your New Word Alive 2012 on-site booking. To pay please call Pontins on 0844 576 5949. We apologise that Pontins' confirmation letter gave the wrong date of 4th February as the final payment date. The correct date as stated in our brochure is 11th January.
We would very much appreciate prompt payment to Pontins (or cancellation if necessary) as it enables us to release any unwanted accommodation for others on the waiting list to book.
