Welcome to our February update for New Word Alive 2011. This update brings news of more accommodation available on site for NWA this year as well as letting you know about our new website, online forums and some free talks! Enjoy.

On-site accommodation available: having been fully booked we're pleased to announce that we have some accommodation available on-site due to a few cancellations. There is both self-catering and half board on offer. To see what is available and to book either call Haven on 0871 2301911 or visit the Haven website.

Event Passes available for NWA 2011

Staying “off-site” is an option many guests at NWA have found works very well for them. It gives a good mixture of the event and your own space for a holiday. You can choose the type of accommodation you prefer; B&B, self catering cottage, static caravan. A list of local accommodation is available on our website to help.

You then just need to buy an event pass to attend NWA – which are on sale in our website shop at the following prices:

Adults - £110

3 – 16 year olds - £50

2 years and under – free

Forums

Our online forums are now up and running for the 2011 event. In the past there was a separate login for these, but we've simplified things so that your login is the same for our website and the forum.

As the event approaches guests have found the forums a useful way of contacting others coming to the event, to advertise spaces in accommodation or ask for lifts. Do visit the forums to both ask and offer!

Programme at NWA 2011

Our updates so far have given some details of our morning, afternoon and evening programme. In our next update we will give a complete list of all that is happening at this years event so that you can start to weigh up what you might go to.

New Website

We've just completely redesigned our website and invite you to come and have a look. We hope you find it easier to use, especially in finding information in the run up to the event. One area that is much improved is our shop, which now has a search facility. To encourage you to visit we're offering you some free talks! You can get a free download of Vaughan Roberts complete series of talks on 1Corinthians from 2009. To download them now for free.

As you will have noticed we have completely redesigned the New Word Alive website to serve you better and help you find what you are looking for more quickly.

Five things to look out for:

1. We have improved the search and the navigation on the whole website. It should be easier to find what you are looking for with homepage drop-down navigation and site map.

2. Booking and event information both for on-site and off-site are easier to find. The Forums are more integrated and share the same login as the rest of the website.

3. The latest information is highlighted in the feature links and nine navigation blocks on the homepage taking you straight to the most commonly sought after information.

4. The shop has been improved with categories and highlights to help you find what you are looking for. There is a dedicated search just for media so you can find talks by speaker or topic.

5. Social media integration has been improved. Our Facebook and YouTube Channel links are on the homepage. The latest tweets from Twitter feed directly through on to the homepage.

6. One extra, there are free talks to download and get you started in the shop.
