All you need to bring

Self-Catering: bed linen and cooking items, crockery and cutlery are all provided. Bring washing up items, towels, toiletries and personal effects.

Dinner, Bed & Breakfast: linen is provided so all you need are beach/pool towels, bath towels, toiletries and personal effects.

Dinner, Bed and Breakfast meals

Breakfast and dinner are provided including dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure. All meals offer vegetarian options and Haven always try and meet other dietary requirements when informed in advance (please call Haven on 0871 230 1911).

Disabled guests

Haven is happy to provide as much advice and information as possible to people with special needs, including disabled guests. There are a limited number of accommodation units which have been modified for wheelchair users. Please discuss any special requirements at the time of booking, so that the most suitable accommodation can be arranged. They will do their best to meet your requirements, but advise that this cannot always be guaranteed.

Infants

Cots and high chairs are available for hire at a charge of £5 each; there is a £10 refundable deposit for each hire goods item. Generally, in the Self-Catering apartments and caravans cots will need to be located in the living area, and in the Dinner, Bed & Breakfast units, cots are usually located in the main sleeping area. However, not all types of accommodation have space for a cot, so please make your needs known when booking. This will ensure you book the appropriate accommodation. Please note that you will have to bring your own cot linen. High chairs are available free of charge in the restaurant. In addition, note that the accommodation number refers to the total number of people allowed in a unit, regardless of age.

Children

Except when registered in the appropriate New Word Alive programme sessions, children may not be left alone without full adult supervision. Whilst every care is taken, children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times. At least one responsible adult (over 18) must occupy each unit of accommodation. Children should not be left unattended in their accommodation.

Other guests

Please note that we will be sharing the park with private owners of caravans. In particular, we will share the leisure facilities, such as the SplashZone.
