All you need to bring

Self-Catering: bed linen and cooking items, crockery and cutlery are all provided. Bring washing up items, towels, toiletries and personal effects.

Dinner, Bed & Breakfast: towels and linen are provided, so all you need are beach/pool towels, toiletries and personal effects.

Dinner, Bed and Breakfast meals

Breakfast and evening meal is provided including dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure. All meals offer vegetarian options and Haven always try and meet other dietary requirements when informed in advance (please call Haven on 0871 230 1911).

Dinner, Bed and Breakfast accommodation

Please note that Dinner, Bed & Breakfast accommodation does not generally include a kitchen or lounge. However, some Dinner, Bed & Breakfast accommodation will have the advantage of a kitchen/lounge area. This accommodation will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

Disabled guests

Haven are happy to provide as much advice and information as possible to people with special needs, including disabled guests. There is only a limited number of accommodation units which have been modified for wheelchair users. Please discuss any special requirements at the time of booking so that the most suitable accommodation can be arranged. We will do our best to meet your requirements but advise that they cannot always be guaranteed.

Infants

Cots and high chairs are available for hire at a charge of £5 each. Generally, in the self-catering accommodation, cots will need to be located in the living area, and in the Dinner, Bed & Breakfast units cots are usually located in the main sleeping area. However, not all types of accommodation have space for a cot so please make your needs known when booking. This will ensure you book the appropriate accommodation. Note that you will have to bring your own cot linen. High chairs are available free of charge in the restaurant.

Children

Except for when registered in the appropriate New Word Alive programme sessions, children should not be left alone without full adult supervision. Whilst every care is taken, children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times. At least one adult (over 18) must occupy each unit of accommodation. Hafan Y Môr have recommended no children should be left unattended in their accommodation.

Other guests

Please note that we will be sharing the Park with private owners of caravans on the holiday park. In particular, we will share the leisure facilities such as the SplashZone.
